Define candidate-specific quality evidence and independent test governance. Keep review separate from implementation ownership.
Working contribution
Organize reproducible scenarios, severity and release recommendations. Require the exact candidate identity behind a test result.
Expected output
A test plan, defect record and a reasoned recommendation with tested devices and exclusions. Approval cannot be inferred from silence.
What we examine
Rule correctness, complete flows, regressions, recovery and evidence coverage. Passing automation does not by itself prove the experience is good.
