Games & Roadmap
How we organize our games
Portfolio responsibility through Liam | direction through Ethan
A library with clear states
Organize titles by mechanic, audience, platform and readiness. Planned, prototyped, tested, submitted and live are separate states with different evidence.
A brief for every title
Record the intended experience, core loop, owner, rules source, assets, acceptance examples and known limitations. A game is more than its name in a list.
Control work in progress
Keep each slice bounded and coordinate one executor for a build. Rotation prepares the following title while preserving responsibility for the current result.
Keep the portfolio useful
Review what deserves improvement, a new level or a pause. The aim is a coherent collection of good experiences, not a catalogue inflated by unfinished entries.
